Next steps

YES! I’ve been part of the GO GO Makers family for over 8 years now, which I think says it all really.
Our camps are fun and varied so it keeps us on our toes. The children absolutely love it and it’s great to see so many familiar faces joining us at camp.
The bonus for me is that is fits around my term time work.
The training & support is excellent. We use an online training portal and have access to many training courses to support our personal and career development.
I have developed robust management skills which will be transferrable within any future career choices. Learning how to get the best out of our wonderful camp leaders has been a joy – and a challenge at times – but I love supporting them on their journey!
The team is upbeat and positive. It really does feel like a family. Everyone has different personalities and skills to bring to the table.
My favourite thing about my job is the team, working with the children to support them when doing activities and the reward system of certificates at the end of the day. It’s lovely to see their faces if they receive a reward for their behaviour whether that may be perseverance or their support to another GoGo Maker.
