Welcome to our tried and trusted holiday club for 5 year olds to 11 year olds. At GO GO Makers we recognise that primary school aged children can start to want a bit more of a challenge, and we love to encourage new experiences! So we have designed a camp experience to help stretch their minds and their bodies.
Our activities include creative arts and crafts, dance and theatre and skill-based sports such as archery. This approach helps 5 year olds to develop with their peers, and 11 year olds to celebrate how capable they have become.
GO GO Makers offers a structured camp for kids who like a routine. They will be encouraged to join in all of our activities for a varied day, with help to access things that are a little more tricky.
For JNR children aged 5-7, activities focus on development. A child’s brain is 90% developed by the time they reach 5 years old. After that, their growth is about developing skills they have already learned, and layering up the foundation for future life.
Our Junior (JNR) camp activities focus on new experiences, healthy eating habits, and lots of outdoor play which we encourage in abundance. They’ll also take part in more challenging arts & craft activities and performing arts, to help stimulate their imaginations and challenge their social skills.
For Senior (SNR) children aged 7-11, activities will encourage skill development and refinement. This group will get access to all of the JNR activities, PLUS more challenging experiences such as tie-dye, laser tag, dodgeball and soft-lacrosse.
We are also proud to offer creative sports and games sessions which can bring out some fantastic leadership and teamwork skills in children. Sports and games can unlock untapped potential for older children and help ignite an interest in an active lifestyle. Our senior offering is as active as it is creative, so children will benefit from a broad range of activities throughout their day with us.

Outdoor play is a great way to build social skills and burn off steam, which can boost your mood and physical health. We aim to offer engaging sports such as Archery and Soft Lacrosse which they may not have played at school or in other clubs. We also extend towards Dodgeball for the SNRs and include game based sports to encourage sportsmanship and make it fun. Sports are a really important part of GO GO Makers, but we always want it to be enjoyable, and balanced with plenty of water and healthy nutrition too.
Our holiday clubs are for 11 year olds who seek more of a challenge, and 5 year olds who need space to explore. We include a creative element, which is linked to the camp theme, which helps to engage the imagination and improve fine motor skills.
Each day the children will get to make something fabulous to bring home – and the best bit is that you don’t have to clean up after all that creative expression, we take care of it for you! The beauty of arts and crafts is that there isn’t a right or wrong way – our sessions encourage everyone to contribute, which helps to build self-esteem and show off their creative sides.
For budding performers, our music, dance and theatre sessions offer an opportunity to shine! Our ‘Dance to Life’ sessions utilise a wide range of resources to aid self-expression and creative movement.
With up-beat sessions from street dance to cheerleading, we’ll get your youngsters moving. Our movement sessions focus on floor work and strength, which is a wonderful way to build coordination and discover new talents. Our Multi Sports and Dance sessions are run by qualified leaders to inspire, encourage and support at every level.
GO GO Makers are part of the Government’s Holiday Activities and Food programme (HAF) which is coordinated by Warwickshire Council.
Families can access GO GO Crew through the HAF scheme to enable children to access fun activities and healthy food during school holidays (excluding half terms) regardless of household income. The HAF programme is available for families who receive benefits-related free school meals, as a vital way to support children in the local area. Find out more.
We are proud to have achieved the highest rating ‘Met’ in recent inspections, for quality and high standards of early years provision. This extends right across our age groups to ensure we keep pushing beyond what is ‘expected’ and deliver outstanding care. As a people first organisation, a lot of what we achieve is thanks to our highly trained and experienced staff, who are passionate about childcare.
