You can add extra time (to our core 9am-3.30pm day) by going into” book now” and choose the early drop off time, then select the core day length that you require.

The above applies if you want to ADD on early or late drop offs after you have already made a booking.

Cancellations are only allowed with 28 days’ notice, from the time of booking – please contact us if you qualify for this, otherwise a cancellation cannot be given.

We are happy to change days for you, if the date that you require is available but it must be within the same Camp season that you booked. However this will require an admin charge of £4.00.

You can book as many or as little days as you can.

Not at all, we do something different each day at Camp during a half term or holiday camp.

Select the sessions you would like and go to “check out”, here you can select to pay by vouchers. Please select the type of voucher you would like to use from the drop-down menu. Add the booking reference from your provider, where indicated so we can verify the payment to your account.

Tax Free – Choose any of our sites on the Tax free website to send the payment to
Other voucher providers – Most providers will have us listed (choose any site) but if we are not listed at all, please get in touch with us.

Please do not send Tax free to the School that Camp is running at, they are not part of us.

Pop a note in your booking and also mention it to the team on check in, we try our best to accommodate to request.

General questions

Children must currently be in Reception to attend.

You will be given a warm welcome by our friendly team on arrival, who will also sign you in. Your child will be given a name sticker and told what group they will be in when they arrive.

A member of staff will sign your child in and make them feel welcome. Staff will have a little welcome chat with them to make them feel at ease and then show them where to hang their coat up and where to put their lunch box and drink. If your child does not have a friend that they know at Holiday Camp we will give them a “buddy” to be with.

Your child will need a NAMED water bottle and NAMED lunch box. The packed lunch should contain lunch and a snack.

We are a healthy eating Holiday Camp so we ask you to try your best to consider this when preparing their lunch boxes.

Important – we are a nut free club so please do not pack anything that contains nuts OR that might contain nuts or traces of nuts.

We recommend that children bring a spare pair of clothes and wear comfy clothing and suitable shoes for the day. No heels or shoes with wheels on.

In the warmer months, we ask that you put sunscreen on your child before they arrive and then during the day the child will need to re-apply their sun cream (staff are not allowed to apply their sunscreen).

Also bring a sun hat if the weather is sunny.

Children can fill up their water bottles throughout the day and we have water at all stations.

Yes, we are Ofsted registered. Our Holiday Camps are operated in line with Ofsted and we comply with all welfare and learning development requirements, giving you reassurance that our team of staff caring for your children are fully vetted, fully trained and that we deliver our Holiday Camps to our highest standard. Please see our Ofsted report and information.

Go Go Makers asks that parents arrive on time (for the time that they are booked in) and in a situation where your child is unable to attend or if you are going to be late, please contact us to let us know.

We ask that parents call the Holiday Camp Manager (at the beginning of the day) if their child is going to be absent and ask them to provide a reason i.e. they are sick.

If a child hasn’t arrived at camp (and we have not received a phone call from you) the Camp Manager will contact the parent to find out the reason why and speak to them personally. If we are not able to get hold of you throughout the day and your child has not come to camp then we will refer to our Safeguarding policy. The welfare of the child is a priority.

Of course, you can! We love to give feedback and share how well your child has done. Just ask a member of staff to help you.

We really understand and appreciate that coming somewhere new, with new faces and unfamiliar surroundings can be quite overwhelming. We work hard to help the children feel happy to be with us from the minute we meet them.

We have had many children feel nervous about coming to Go Go Makers for the first time (and therefore the parents/carers feel anxious about leaving them) and we can safely say that they can’t wait to come back again!

In the unlikely event that a child is unhappy, we would contact you to let you known. Or please do feel free to give us a call beforehand or speak to us on the morning that you arrive.

Reception children: 1:8 All other ages 1:14

At least one member of the Go Go Makers staff team at each Holiday Camp will be trained to administer an Epi-Pen in an emergency. Parents must inform the Holiday Camp if their child carries an Epi-Pen. The Manager will keep the Epi-Pen safe and locked up.

We can administer medicine if a “Permission to administer medicine form” is completed on arrival. All medicine must be prescribed.

Please speak to a Manager regarding this.

We have qualified first aid staff at Holiday Camp who are trained to deal with accidents and illnesses. If your child has an accident such as a graze, minor scratch/cut and so on we will advise you when you collect, but if your child was to suffer an injury more serious or have a fall at Holiday Camp then we will contact you immediately.

If your child has sustained an injury before coming to Holiday Camp we will require you to complete a “Pre-existing injury form”, please speak to the Manager.

We welcome children from outside the UK, however, in the interest of children’s welfare, all children must have at least a basic understanding of English to understand instructions and to communicate safely with staff and other children as well as an address, telephone number and medical insurance for their stay in the UK.

We have a thorough “Safe Recruitment” process and staff have regular training and support. All staff have enhanced DBS checks.

On site we will have at least one Paediatric First Aider and a selection of Basic First Aiders too.

Depending on job roles, staff will have relevant qualifications.

We keep lost property until the last day of the Camp and not beyond this time. So please contact us during Camp hours if you have lost something.
