If you are new to GO GO Makers, you can check out as a guest or register as a new customers.
To book a place at one of our Camps, scroll down, choose the location and click book.
You can select the dates and times you want to book.
You will then add your child/children (you can add more children if required at any point).
Now you must complete the Booking Form, this is incredibly important as it includes all the details we require to keep children safe.
You then select your payment option.
This includes: Tax Free, Childcare Grant Payments, Employer Scheme Vouchers, Various Childcare Voucher Companies, Bright Horizons or HAF (HAF funding is only available for particular venues for Summer, Christmas and Easter).
Please do not send Tax free to the School that Camp is running at, they are not a part of us.
Please note, if your child has SEND please select this in our Safety Form and provide as much information as possible. There will also be a specific form located in the Booking Confirmation email to fill out. This is important to complete so we can ensure that we are able to accommodate your child.
We accept HAF places for GO GO Makers and GO GO XTRA! Available at select venues during Summer, Christmas & Easter. Check our site for eligible locations and apply via your local council.
Please bring a nut-free & sesame-free packed lunch, snack, and drink (we provide lunch for HAF families).
When booking through our booking platform Pebble, you can select PonchoPay at checkout. This will allow you to pay with Tax Free Childcare or Childcare Vouchers.

We want children to be with their friends and we will always do our best, if they are the same age or of a similar age. Please mention it to the team on check in and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Requests made with less than four (4) weeks’ notice will be treated as amendments.
Amendments must be requested in writing, are subject to availability, and require a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ notice to be considered.
Each amendment incurs an administration fee of £4.

Cancellations made with at least four weeks’ notice will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of £4.

Yes! If they’re in Reception, they’re welcome — our Camps are perfect for little ones!
We have a wonderful and nurturing programme just for our Reception children called “MINIs”: Read more.
You will be given a warm welcome by our friendly team on arrival, who will also sign you in. Your child will be given a name sticker and told what group they will be in when they arrive.
A member of staff will sign your child in and make them feel welcome. Staff will have a little welcome chat with them to make them feel at ease and then show them where to hang their coat up and where to put their lunch box and drink. If your child does not have a friend that they know at Holiday Camp we will give them a “buddy” to be with.

Your child will need a NAMED water bottle and NAMED lunch box. The packed lunch should contain lunch and a snack.
We are a healthy eating Holiday Camp so we ask you to try your best to consider this when preparing their lunch boxes.
Important – we are a nut free club so please do not pack anything that contains nuts OR that might contain nuts or traces of nuts.
We recommend that children bring a spare pair of clothes and wear comfy clothing and suitable shoes for the day. No heels or shoes with wheels on.
In the warmer months, we ask that you put sunscreen on your child before they arrive and then during the day the child will need to re-apply their sun cream (staff are not allowed to apply their sunscreen).
Also bring a sun hat if the weather is sunny.
Children can fill up their water bottles throughout the day and we have water at all stations.

Our Holiday Camps are operated in line with Ofsted and we comply with all welfare and learning development requirements, giving you reassurance that our team of staff caring for your children are fully vetted, fully trained and that we deliver our Holiday Camps to our highest standard.

GO GO Makers asks that parents arrive on time (for the time that they are booked in) and in a situation where your child is unable to attend or if you are going to be late, please contact us to let us know.
We ask that parents call the Holiday Camp Manager (at the beginning of the day) if their child is going to be absent and ask them to provide a reason i.e. they are sick.
If a child hasn’t arrived at camp (and we have not received a phone call from you) the Camp Manager will contact the parent to find out the reason why and speak to them personally. If we are not able to get hold of you throughout the day and your child has not come to camp then we will refer to our Safeguarding policy. The welfare of the child is a priority.
Of course, you can! We love to give feedback and share how well your child has done.
We provide daily updates to let parents know about some of the activities children have been up to. If you’d like more detailed information about your child, just ask a member of the team at camp during pick up!
We really understand and appreciate that coming somewhere new, with new faces and unfamiliar surroundings can be quite overwhelming. We work hard to help the children feel happy to be with us from the minute we meet them.
We have had many children feel nervous about coming to GO GO Makers for the first time (and therefore the parents/carers feel anxious about leaving them) and we can safely say that they can’t wait to come back again!
In the unlikely event that a child is unhappy, we would contact you to let you known. Or please do feel free to give us a call beforehand or speak to us on the morning that you arrive.
Our Holiday Camp ratios are:
At least one member of the GO GO Makers staff team at each Holiday Camp will be trained to administer an Epi-Pen in an emergency. Parents must inform the Holiday Camp if their child carries an Epi-Pen. The Manager will keep the Epi-Pen safe and locked up.

We have qualified first aid staff at Holiday Camp who are trained to deal with accidents and illnesses. If your child has an accident such as a graze, minor scratch/cut and so on we will advise you when you collect, but if your child was to suffer an injury more serious or have a fall at Holiday Camp then we will contact you immediately.
If your child has sustained an injury before coming to Holiday Camp we will require you to complete a “Pre-existing injury form”, please speak to the Manager.
We welcome children from outside the UK, however, in the interest of children’s welfare, all children must have at least a basic understanding of English to understand instructions and to communicate safely with staff and other children as well as an address, telephone number and registered with a UK doctor. Please get in touch to discuss further.
We keep lost property until the last day of the Camp and not beyond this time. So please contact us during Camp hours if you have lost something.

We have a thorough “Safe Recruitment” process and staff have regular training and support. All staff have enhanced DBS checks.
On site we will have at least one Paediatric First Aider and a selection of Basic First Aiders too.
