To make a booking simply click on the “BOOK NOW” button at the top of the Home page. This will take you through to our booking system. If this is the first time that you have used the system then we will need to capture information about your child and various other information. You will then choose the School that your child will be attending and then go on to book the days and sessions that you require. Payment will be at the end of the booking, the final stage.
If you are booking less than 14 days from the booking start date then you will be required to pay by debit card at the time of the booking, you will then be reimbursed (refunded back to the card that you paid with) once the vouchers/tax free childcare or grant has been received.
You will receive a booking confirmation containing your booking, the venue address and where to go when you arrive.
We accept debit cards (not credit cards) and accept Childcare vouchers, tax free childcare, childcare grants and student grants (see childcare vouchers & tax free childcare)
You will be given a warm welcome by our friendly team on arrival, who will also sign you in. Your child will be given a name sticker and told what group they will be in when they arrive.
A member of staff will sign your child in and make them feel welcome. Staff will have a little welcome chat with them to make them feel at ease and then show them where to hang their coat up and where to put their lunch box and drink. If your child does not have a friend that they know at Holiday Camp we will give them a “buddy” to be with.
We fully appreciate and understand that childcare plans can change and we want to be as accommodating as possible to you and fair to every customer. If you need to swap a day and we have availability on the day’s that you want to swap to, then we can do this for you. The swap must be in the same half term or holiday that you have booked, dates cannot be moved over to another half term or holiday. We require 10 days’ notice to make the change, anything less then please contact: 01926 935377.
Your child will need a NAMED water bottle and NAMED lunch box. The packed lunch should contain lunch and two snacks (one for morning break and one for afternoon break). We are a healthy eating Holiday Camp so we ask you to try your best to consider this when preparing their lunch boxes.
Important We are a nut free club.
We recommend that children bring a spare pair of clothes and wear comfy clothing and suitable shoes for the day. No heels or shoes with wheels on.
In the warmer months, we ask that you put sun cream on your child before they arrive and then during the day the child will need to re-apply their sun cream (staff are not allowed to apply their sun cream).
Also bring a sun hat if the weather is sunny.
Children can fill up their water bottles throughout the day and we have water at all stations.
We keep all lost property safe (and keep it for two weeks after Holiday Camp finishes). Please contact 01926 935377 if you are missing something that you might have forgotten and we can hopefully help you.
Yes, we are Ofsted registered and can accommodate 4 year olds all day.
Our Holiday Camps are operated in line with Ofsted and we comply with all welfare and learning development requirements, giving you reassurance that our team of staff caring for your children are fully vetted, fully trained and that we deliver our Holiday Camps to our highest standard.
Go Go Makers asks that parents to arrive on time (for the time that they are booked in) and in a situation where your child is unable to attend or if you are going to be late, please contact us to let us know.
We ask that parents call the Holiday Camp Manager (at the beginning of the day) if their child is going to be absent and ask them to provide a reason i.e. they are sick.
If a child hasn’t arrived at camp (and we have not received a phone call from you) the Camp Manager will contact the parent to find out the reason why and speak to them personally. If we are not able to get hold of you throughout the day and your child has not come to camp then we will refer to our Safeguarding policy. The welfare of the child is a priority.
We really understand and appreciate that coming somewhere new, with new faces and unfamiliar surroundings can be quite overwhelming. We work hard to help the children feel happy to be with us from the minute we meet them.
We have had many children feel nervous about coming to Go Go Makers for the first time (and therefore the parents/carers feel anxious about leaving them) and we can safely say that they can’t wait to come back again!
In the unlikely event that a child is unhappy, we would contact you or if you wanted to speak to us prior to your child coming to us (and they feel nervous) please do feel free to give us a call beforehand or speak to us on the morning that you arrive.

What are your ratios?
We follow Ofsted’s guidelines for ratios, which are:
Children up to the age of 5 – We insist on a ratio of 8 children to 1 staff member.
All other ages (6-12 years old) 1 staff member (at least) to 16 children.
At least one member of the Go Go Makers staff team at each Holiday Camp will be trained to administer an Epi-Pen in an emergency. Parents must inform the Holiday Camp if their child carries an Epi-Pen. The Manager will keep the Epi-Pen safe and locked up.
